I've built my career on understanding the "why" behind people's actions, especially when they're navigating complex systems or specialized challenges. I'm genuinely curious about how people approach their goals and manage their daily workflows.

My work is about translating those deep, often messy, user needs into clear insights that help product and design teams make smart, strategic decisions.

My path started in academic health research (which included work with older adults managing their health & wellness) before I moved into the tech industry. This journey has given me the chance to apply my research skills to a wide variety of users and products, from B2B/B2C SaaS platforms to complex, industrial automation software.

Ultimately, I believe the best research reduces risk, helps teams avoid building the wrong thing, and empowers them to make strategic decisions with confidence.
